ORDERS:

After placing an order on ashleywatson.co.uk you will receive an email to confirm that we have received your order.

SHIPPING CHARGES + DELIVERY:

Ashley Watson ships worldwide.

Shipping on all orders over £100 is free of charge in the UK. For all other orders the following Shipping Charges apply:


UK:
£4.75 for a single item + £1.50 per additional item.
Shipping on orders over £100 is free of charge.


Europe:
£10.50 flat rate for all orders.


Rest of World:
£21.50 flat rate for all orders.

Note: Customs charges outside of the EU are payable by the customer.

Orders are sent by either DHL or by UK Royal Mail on their Signed For service (for added security) and we will endeavour to despatch your order within 48 hours of receipt (except over weekends and holidays).

You should expect to receive your order within 5 working days of despatch.  

Once we've sent out your package, we will notify you again by email to confirm your order has been despatched.

EXCHANGES + RETURNS:

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you have fourteen (14) working days from date of receipt within which to return any items for a full refund or exchange.

To make your return, please follow the instructions below carefully – this is particularly important for non-EU returns to avoid any additional customs charges, which customers may be liable to pay if items are not returned correctly.

How to Make a Return

Please contact shop@ashleywatson.co.uk to notify us of your return and if you have any questions about what to do.

  • All items must be returned in their original, saleable condition (unworn, unwashed & with all tags) together with the receipt/invoice.

  • Carefully package items for return (re-using original packaging where possible) and label the package using the Ashley Watson Returns Label.

  • Return the items via a suitable carrier to ensure safe delivery of the return.

  • Customers are liable for payment of return shipping and the damage or loss of items in transit.

  • It is recommended that items are returned by recorded delivery and that you retain any proof of postage until we have confirmed receipt of your returned item/s. 

Processing Your Return

We will process your return/refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

However, we will endeavour to despatch exchanges within 48 hours of receipt of the returned goods provided the new items are available for despatch.

Additional shipping charges will be payable by the customer for an exchange. The charges will be communicated to you prior to confirming the exchange.

Refunds due will be issued to the customer’s payment account.  Once the refund has been issued, this may take up to 5 working days to appear as cleared funds depending on the payment method used.

Once your return has been received and processed we will send you a confirmation email.
