Lighting The Fuse
I’ve been developing the Eversholt Jacket for a long time. Now and then I’ve come up for air to showcase a prototype but, for the most part, I’ve worked alone.
As the design stepped further away from what's been before, it's been hard at times not to question. What will the press think, the shops? What will the riders who’s opinion I value most make of it? Am I straying too far? Despite these thoughts I kept pushing, trusting an instinct.
Last night; after two winters, ten prototypes, five thousand miles. Sharp winds, driving rain. Mountains, deserts & the places in between, I launched the Eversholt Jacket. At the end of this journey, I knew my efforts had not been in vein. Those who came understood; the jacket and my approach.
