After placing an order on ashleywatson.co.uk you will receive an email to confirm that we have received your order.

Delivery & Shipping:
Ashley Watson ships worldwide.
Shipping on all orders above £100 is free of charge to the UK & Europe.
Shipping on all orders over £150 is free worldwide.
Customs charges outside of the EU are payable by the customer.
Orders are either sent by DHL or by UK Royal Mail on their Signed For service (for added security) and we will endeavour to despatch your order within 48 hours of receipt (except over weekends and holidays). You should expect to receive your order within 5 working days of despatch. Once we've sent out your package, we will notify you again by email to confirm your order has been despatched.
If your delivery is especially urgent or needs to arrive by a certain date, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see if we can help.
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you have fourteen working days from date of receipt within which to return any items for a full refund or exchange. Please contact email@example.com to return/exchange an item you have purchased.
Items must be returned in their original, saleable condition (unworn, unwashed & with all tags) together with the receipt/invoice to:

Customers are liable for the loss of items in transit so it is recommended that they are returned by recorded delivery.
If all of the above conditions are fulfilled, refunds will be issued to the customers payment account within 14 days of the item/s being returned. Refunds will exclude the costs of returning the items, which shall be paid for by the customer.
Payments & Data Security:
Payments can be made with a credit or debit card, or with a PayPal account.
Payments are securely processed off-site by Paypal & Stripe. Ashley Watson Ltd does not hold any credit card information; we take only customer name, email address and delivery address on our systems. This helps with monitoring, and keeping customers updated with the progress of their order.
Product Availability & Pricing:
When placing an order, the customer will be informed about the availability of the items. For any enquiries regarding availability, or for any other query, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
In circumstances when items are unavailable after they have been ordered, the customer will by informed within five working days of the order confirmation.
Pricing and item descriptions may be changed at any point without prior notice being given. Prices are indicated in Pound Sterling (GBP) and include VAT. Prices charged are those displayed on the website at time of ordering. Note that there is no facility to deduct VAT. Customs charges outside of the EU are payable by the customer.
Product Quality & Guarantees:
Photographs for each item are reproduced as faithfully as possible. However, screen colours and resolutions vary, and as such, the photographs are of no contractual value. Customers are therefore advised to closely read the description of each item and if they have any questions, to email them to email@example.com
Ashley Watson is committed to product excellence although, from time-to-time manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think your product has suffered a manufacturing fault please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our aftercare team will be able to assist you.
Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long-term usage are not considered faulty but we are happy to offer assistance in any repair or recycling of our products.
Works Collection Warranty: Our Works Collection comprises of select items which reflect the pinnacle of product innovation at Ashley Watson.
Each Works product comes with a two-year warranty. You can activate your warranty here.
After registering, you will automatically become a part of the Works Community and as such will have access to product support from our specialist in-house aftercare team.
