CUSTOMS : EUROPE

Brexit has meant that there’s currently more friction when shipping between the UK and EU. To make this process as easy as possible, we ship all orders to the EU ‘Duty Paid’.

This means that we pay all Customs Duties and VAT charges and there should be no other customs charges to pay

Local customs procedures are, however, out of our control. If problems do arise, we will endeavour to help resolve any issues.

Our prices to EU customers include VAT.

For all orders outside of the UK and EU, customs duties and taxes are payable by the customer. Any charges may need to be settled before your order is delivered.
