Shipping + Customs
• Free UK shipping on orders over £125.
• Free EU shipping on orders over €150.
• Free US shipping on orders over $250.
• Free worldwide shipping on orders over £200.
• All other shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours (except weekends and holidays). Orders are shipped using a tracked service, with delivery updates sent via email. If your delivery is urgent, please contact support@ashleywatson.co.uk and we will see if we can help.
EU CUSTOMS:
To make the process of shipping between the UK and EU as smooth as possible, all customs duties and VAT are paid before delivery. Local customs procedures are out of our control. If problems do arise, we will endeavour to resolve any issues.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS:
There is no tax or customs to pay on US orders below $800. For all other territories, customs duties and taxes are payable by the customer. Charges may need to be settled before your order is delivered.
