Returns + Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase, you have fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt within which to return any unworn items for a full refund or exchange.

TO MAKE A RETURN
Please contact shop@ashleywatson.co.uk to notify us of your return / exchange.

All items must be returned in their original, saleable condition (unworn, unwashed & with all tags) together with the invoice. Carefully package items for return (re-using original packaging where possible) and label the package using the Ashley Watson Returns Label.

Customers are liable for payment of return shipping and any damage or loss of items in transit. It is recommended that items are returned by recorded delivery service and that you retain any proof of postage until we have confirmed receipt of your returned item/s.

FOR NON-UK RETURNS:
It is important that “RETURNED GOODS” is clearly visible for the UK border force. Please ensure that this is not covered by any stickers, stamps or other labelling. Any customs duties or VAT incurred as a result of incorrect labelling will be liable for payment by the customer. If we are obliged to pay the carrier on your behalf, these costs will be deducted from any refunds.

PROCESSING YOUR RETURN:
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. We endeavour to dispatch exchanges within 48 hours, provided the new item is in stock. Once your return has been received and processed we will send you a confirmation email.

We will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged items on orders within the UK + EU. Shipping charges for exchanges outside of these territories will be payable by the customer, and communicated to you prior to confirming the exchange.

Any refund will be issued to the customer’s payment account. Once the refund has been issued, it may take up to 5 working days to appear, depending on the payment method used.
