Pre-orders

If your purchase is a pre-order, expected shipping dates will be shown on the product page.

We do everything we can to deliver our pre-order products as quickly as possible. If any changes occur to the delivery timings of your purchase, we will update you via email.

If you wish to cancel your pre-order, please contact shop@ashleywatson.co.uk within seven days and a full refund will be issued to you.

Once your order has been received, you have fourteen days to exchange or return an item. We hope we will be able to accommodate any size exchanges, although this cannot be guaranteed. All refunds exclude postage costs, customs and import duties.
