Pre-orders

If your purchase is a pre-order, expected delivery dates will be advertised along with the product details.

We do everything we can to deliver our pre-order products as soon as possible. If any changes occur to the delivery timings of your purchase, we will update you via email.

If you wish to cancel your pre-order, please contact shop@ashleywatson.co.uk within seven days and a full refund will be issued to you.

Our normal fourteen day exchange and return policies will apply once your order has been received, unless clearly stated at the time of the pre-order. In this instance all refunds exclude postage costs, customs and import duties, unless a mistake has been made by us.
