Pre-orders

If your purchase is part of a pre-order, expected delivery dates will be advertised along with the product details, at the time of pre-order.

We do everything we can to deliver our pre-order products as soon as possible after launch. If any changes occur to the delivery timings of your purchase, we will be sure to update you on progress via email. We will notify you again by email to confirm your order has been despatched and to provide the tracking details.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after the order receipt date. If you wish to cancel your pre-order please contact support@ashleywatson.co.uk within 7 days and a full refund will be issued to you.

Normal exchange and return policies will apply once your order has been despatched and received, unless it is clearly stated at the time of the pre-order. We hope we will be able to accommodate any size exchanges, although this cannot be guaranteed.

We offer a 14 day returns policy from receipt of the goods. In this instance all refunds exclude postage costs, customs and import duties, unless a mistake has been made by us. For full exchange and returns information, please see our exchanges & returns section here.
